Program Details:
The FESTI-TSSG Corporate Training Experience commences at 8:30 a.m. at our facility located adjacent to Pearson International Airport.
The morning session features an interactive in-class workshop facilitated by The Soft Skills Group (TSSG), which combines theoretical knowledge and practical application. This intensive experience focuses on enhancing clear communication and introducing innovative team-building strategies for professional growth.
Following a catered lunch, participants will wear firefighting gear and engage in a thrilling firefighting exercise involving extinguishing an actual fire on an aircraft. This hands-on experience allows you and your team to implement and refine the strategies learned in a stimulating and dynamic environment.
The program concludes at 4:30 p.m.
