Print/Reprint Service of a FESTI Transcript

Request access to an official electronic FESTI academic transcript for training completed or courses taken at Fire and Emergency Services Training Institute.

This service provides access to a secure electronic FESTI transcript. After successful payment, the transcript is made available through the student’s Vocational Application account when the transcript record is ready for release.

For training completed before 2021 only, please include all pertinent information at checkout:

- Student ID, if known
- Graduating year
- NFPA course name or course serial, if known

For training completed in 2021 or later, FESTI will normally match your transcript request using your student account, payment record, course completion details, and transcript records.

Transcript release is subject to confirmation of payment, course completion, mark availability, transcript preparation, and registrar review.

FESTI transcripts are supported by Ontario’s Student Transcript Electronic Protection System, known as STEPS, managed by Career Colleges Ontario. Where applicable, transcript records are stored or referenced through STEPS as part of FESTI’s official transcript process.

Released transcripts include FESTI | verify-me, a QR-code and verification-link system that allows third parties to independently confirm the transcript contents before relying on a downloaded, printed, or forwarded copy.
 

No physical copy is mailed. 

Students may download, print, or share the released electronic transcript after it becomes available in their Vocational Application account.
