This is a comprehensive two-day course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and AED skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home.

8:00 am to 4:00 pm
This course teaches an emergency approach to managing medical emergencies and providing life-saving care until professional help arrives. Training now includes AED (Automated External Defibrillator) familiarization.
This program is delivered in a blended format:
About one week before your scheduled course date, you will receive an email with a link to the required online course material. This must be completed before attending in person and is considered “Day 1” of your course.
The date listed for your course is the in-person training day, which will take place at FESTI.
